A Look at the Future Series

Look Out: The World Without Christians   Book Two

There are four chapters in the Bible where Satan’s influence is not seen. These are Genesis one and two which occur before the fall of man and Revelation twenty-one and twenty-two that describes the glories of the millennial kingdom and heaven after the judgment of Satan.

Jesus is the First and the Last, the Beginning and End and thus knows the complete history, past, present, and future until time ends.

Since the time of creation, Satan has been in a constant battle against God to overthrow his control of the earth and mankind. This battle will not end until Satan is wholly defeated and judged by being cast into the lake of the fire for eternity. In the meantime, he continually battles to gain control of God’s creation and place himself as the God of this world. I began a series of three books to inform those living in the end times of what to expect as God brings rescue to his saints and judgment to his enemies.

In my first book on the subject of the end times titled “Lookup: Redemption in this Generation,”I tried to explain the world situation at the time when Christ will return for his church. Commonly called the rapture.  This writing deals with the preparation and events of the seven-year period when God brings judgment to the unbelieving on earth and reclaims the world that Adam gave to Satan when he sinned against God. A third book titled “Look Around: The Glories of God’s New World” is planned to follow.

How as we close this period of human history we need to know what God has planned for the near and far future. If you believe that Jesus died for your sins and reconciled you with God, then you should be looking for the rapture of the church and Jesus’ glorious return to take us to be with him. If you don’t believe this, then it’s time to prepare for the terrible time I head for those who dwell on earth. God’s judgment is about to fall. So you either need to Look Up or Look Out.

“Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.”                                                                    2 Thessalonians 2:5-10

Look Up: Redemption in This Generation  Book One

          As we approach the consummation of the age, there seems to be a great interest in the timing of the end of the world. Nostradamus’ prophecies included a prediction that the world will end in 2016. Nostradamus, (1503 to 1566) also predicts that strange planetary positions and other astronomical changes will cause major changes on earth. Some expect meteor strikes will end all life on the planet. Others fear an Alien invasion. The top seven scientific theories of how the world will end are:

          Eruption of a Super Volcano; Explosion of a Massive Star; Spread of Deadly Disease;

Deployment of Nuclear Weapons; Global Warming; Computer Takeover or the Death of the Sun

          Others fear Biological warfare, Solar storm and a man-made black hole made by the Cern Super Collider.

          The television and movie industries are producing programs asking what people would do if they knew the world would end soon. Hollywood loves disaster movies of aliens attacking and destroying the Earth. Mini-series about deadly viruses, wiping out the world populations and the ways the world could end are being advertised.

          Wanting to know about the end of the world is nothing new. Each of the last twenty centuries has philosophers or prophets warning that the end is near. But they have all been wrong. The only correct answer can come from the creator of the Universe, Himself. The Earth does have an expiration date. It was not made to last forever. However, nothing man can made or do can destroy the earth.  The disciples, just before His crucifixion, ask Jesus the same question.

          “And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?” Matthew 24:3

            I try to show prophesies from long ago and their fulfillment's, in order to convey the message, that God knows the end from the beginning and that He gave the prophets knowledge of events centuries before they happened. Now, 2000 years after Christ we can see the End Times prophecies of the Bible being fulfilled. I have included a lot of scripture in this manuscript because God’s word says what He means and His word will not return to Him void.

          “And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”       Luke 21:28

God’s Word is 100% accurate 100% of the time.
